Funding Opportunities

Community-Based Grants 

The purpose of the Community-Based Grants Program is to provide grants management services and technical assistance to non-profit organizations to improve their capacity to provide high quality programs to the District’s Latino residents.

Through OLA, the District of Columbia government funds the following grants initiatives:

Latino Community Development Program

The FY 2016 Latino Community Development Grantgrant is intended to enhance existing Latino-serving programs focused on Education (all ages), Workforce Development, Economic Development, Health, Housing Services, Civil Engagement, Legal Services, Crisis Intervention, and Arts, Culture and Humanities. The grant intends to serve the District of Columbia’s Latino constituents [residents and/or business owners.
